  • Consultation bookings: the details you enter when booking through Google Calendar.

  • WhatsApp, email and phone: the information you share with us when you get in touch.

  • Shoot planner sign-up: your email address.

  • Your photographs: the images created during your session.

  • Website use: basic, anonymous visitor statistics and cookies through our website platform, Squarespace.

Why we use it

We use your data to answer your questions, plan and deliver your session, send you the shoot planner and, if you sign up, occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your photographs

Your images are private. We never share or publish them without your explicit written consent. You choose whether any images may be used in our portfolio or on social media, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only use trusted services that help us run the studio, such as Squarespace (website), Google (calendar and email), WhatsApp (messaging) and our online gallery provider. 

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@boudoirantwerp.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
